Willis Hines

Willis Hines Jr. 73, of Newport and Boone, died Sunday, May 16, 2010, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
Mr. Hines was born in Kinston North Carolina to Willis Hines Sr. and Elizabeth Miller Hines. He was a loving husband, father and Papa to his family.
A private service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hines of the home; four daughters, Elizabeth Crews and husband Donnie of Raleigh, Barry Chilton and husband Steve of Clayton, Tiffani Marshall Bakken and husband Brett of Boone, and Kendall Marshall Nance of Charlotte; son, Michael Marshall and wife Beth of Huntersville; grandchildren, Hunter Chilton, Landon, Madison, Chandler, Marshall, Braedan, and Peyton Bakken, Zachary, Victoria, Alex, and Caroline Marshall, Ellza and Will Hines; brother, John Hines and wife Terry of Beaufort; and a niece, Ashley Sellars and husband Sam of Beaufort.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis Hines Sr. and mother Elizabeth Miller Hines, son Willis Hines III and nephew, Miller Hines.
