Bill Singleton

Bill Singleton, 78, of Swansboro, North Carolina, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

Bill was born on August 26, 1946, in Washington, NC, to the late William and Edna Singleton. He devoted his professional life to working as an electrician, demonstrating unwavering commitment and skill in his trade.

Outside of work, Bill found joy in coastal life and had a passion for boating which brought him immense happiness. He was also known for his wonderful green thumb, relishing the time spent in his garden and taking pride in the harvest.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his devoted wife, Lou Singleton; daughter, Corrina Singleton of Newport; grandchildren, Elijah Brinson, Norah Brinson, and Lydia Lee; and his furry companions, his cats, Shy and Layla.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his cat, Hunter.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of one’s choice.
