William Golden

William Bunting Golden, 75, of Bettie, passed away Friday, January 15, 2010, following several years of declining health. "Billy", as he was known to family and friends, was born February 1, 1934, in Beaufort, the only child of Jasper and Lela Golden.
Services will be held 11:00 am Monday, in Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City, NC. Interment will follow in Woodville Baptist Church Cemetery in Bettie.
He is survived by his daughter, Dianna Golden Paul, and son-in-law, Nelson Paul of Raleigh; four grandchildren, Lindsay Paul Franklin and grandson-in-law, Jeremy Franklin of Charlotte, Jonathan Nelson Paul, Caroline Julia Paul and Timothy Weston Paul of Raleigh and one great granddaughter, Isabelle Michaela Franklin of Charlotte.
The family will receive friends 10:00 am Monday, one hour prior to the service, in Munden Funeral Home.
