William H. "Bill" Gerock, Jr.

William H. "Bill" Gerock, Jr., 53, of Hubert, died Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Brook Stone Living Center in Pollocksville.
He was a volunteer fireman with Cape Carteret Fire & Rescue, and attended Emmanuel Baptist Church in Cedar Point.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Wakefield officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Gerock of the home; two sisters, Linda Shoemaker and husband Greg of Peletier and Cheryl Graves and husband David of Temple Terrace, FL; two nieces, Sherry Shoemaker and Michelle Vandermeulen; and nephews, Darin Graves, Glen Graves, and Bryan Graves.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William H. Gerock and Wilda M, Gerock, and nephew, Little Greg Shoemaker.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday at Munden Funeral Home.
