A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 pm Friday at Munden Funeral Home.
Mr. Fallon served in the United States Army.
He is survived by a daughter Cynthia Allan and her husband Ben of Milton, WV; a sister Lucy Otto of Baltimore, MD; and four grandchildren Liam, Eliza, Lily, and Jude.
He was preceded in death by his parents Glover and Helen Fallon.
