Vienne "Tootsie" Zabroski
March 1, 1935 — November 10, 2016
Vienne “Tootsie” Zabroski, 81, of Beaufort, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center.
A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at St. Egberts Catholic Church in Morehead City with Father Tom Davis presiding.
Vienne enjoyed gardening, crafting and decorating for the holidays. When she was younger, she competed in bowling leagues. She and her husband have been together since they were 14 years old, and were married for 60 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will truly be missed.
She is survived by her husband, Don Zabroski; daughter, Donna Zabroski of Gillette, NJ; sons, Donald Zabroski Jr. and wife Lizanne of TX, David Zabroski and wife Marla of Beaufort, Dean Zabroski of Gillette, NJ, and Darren Zabroski and wife Ellen of Beaufort, NC; sisters, Roseanne, Margie, Annie, Mary, Ida, Nell and Jenny; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mario and Louise Gaglione.
The family will welcome friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Monday, November 14, 2016 at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City.
