Treasure Willis

Treasure G. Willis, 85, of Atlantic, passed away on Friday July 30, 2021, at The Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.

A graveside service will be held 11am on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Atlantic Community Cemetery in Atlantic, officiated by Rev. Terry McGinnis.

She was born in Atlantic, NC on October 23, 1935. Treasure graduated from Atlantic High School in 1953 before attending Peace College where she earned a degree in Business. She loved everything about Carteret County. She had a great love for travel and visited the Holy Land. She loved to read, listen to Celtic music and fried seafood. She worked the polls during every election. She loved the Lord and was a lifelong member of Atlantic Missionary Baptist Church and attending Hunting Quarters.

She is survived by a large extended family throughout Down East Carteret County.
