Born on November 3, 1957, in Cherry Point, NC, Tina was the daughter of the late Thomas Ward and Thelma Gray O’Shields. A devoted member of Salter Path Methodist Church, Tina's deep faith was the foundation of her life. She cherished her relationship with the Lord, diligently reading the Bible and often quoting scripture from her heart.

Tina's love for cooking was amazing, and she found joy in preparing delicious meals for her family and friends. Her dedication to her family was unwavering; she did whatever she could to provide for them which was steadily reflected through her hard work and dedication.

Tina enjoyed exploring new sights and discovering hidden gems in the area. Whether taking scenic rides or indulging in a fun shopping adventure, she embraced life with enthusiasm. The beach held a special place in her heart, she loved spending time at the water and fun in the sun.

Tina’s kindness knew no bounds. She was a nurturing soul who cared deeply for those around her, always the first to offer help with a joyful heart. She reminisced fondly about the good old days, cherishing precious memories. Her sentimental side was seen through her love of classic vintage items and many precious keepsakes.

Tina always had a tender heart for animals, her Golden Retriever Max was her favorite sidekick who she loved to dote on. More than anything, Tina was fiercely devoted to her family and was extremely proud of her beloved grandchildren.
