Timothy Kyle Taylor

Timothy Taylor, 50, of Newport, passed away Friday, November 8, 2013 at Carteret General Hospital.
A funeral service was held 2:00 pm Sunday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Francis Garner from Crab Point Free Will Baptist Church officiating. Interment followed at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
He loved riding motorcycles and dirt bikes, and NASCAR, especially the "Intimidator", Dale Earnhardt, Sr.. He loved his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by four children, Laura Taylor Schutta and husband Doug of New Bern, Stephanie Taylor Livingston and husband Zeb of Newport, Taylor Riggs of Newport and Autumn Lynn Taylor of Newport; parents, George and Shirley Taylor; three grandchildren, Brayden Douglas Schutta, Camden Reid Schutta, and Summer Lynn Livingston; nephew, Nathaniel Lee Taylor and wife Amber; and his two dogs, Monster and Smoke.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Lee Taylor.
Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at Munden Funeral Home.
