Thomas D. Marek, 46, of Havelock, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014 at New Hanover Regional Hospital.

He is survived by his wife Jessica Murphy of the home; mother and father Janice and Stanley Marek of Beaufort; two step daughters Kaila Murphy of the home, and Kristen Pryor of Beaufort; grandson Ryan Andrew Pryor of Beaufort; two brothers Stanley D. Marek of Beaufort, and Stephen C. Marek of Philadelphia; sister Cynthia Marie McCloskey of Columbia, SC; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
