Thelma Bayliss, 97, of Havelock (formerly of Carteret County), passed away Monday, September 16, 2019, at the Cherry Point Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Havelock.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, October 14, 2019 at First United Methodist Church in Morehead City, officiated by Rev. Powell Osteen. Interment will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Bayview Cemetery.
