Tammy Elaine Bell, 38, of Morehead City, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Crystal Coast Sanctuary in Beaufort with Rev. Todd White officiating,
She is survived by her husband, Joey Bell of the home; four children, Caitlin Bell, Joseph Bell, Timothy Bell and Patrick Bell; four sisters, Carolyn Penny Villia, Jeanette Penny Allen, Annette Penny and Cathy Forrester; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Catherine Penny and her brother, Willie Ray Penny.
