Sylvia Jean (Hayes) Teague

Sylvia Jean Teague, 74, of Newport, died Friday, April 25, 2014 at her home with family.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Monday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry McGinnis officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
Sylvia is survived by two sons Sanford Teague of Havelock, and Bobby Teague and wife Tina of Beaufort; three daughters Emma Teague of Newport, Josephine Thorn of Morehead City, and Elizabeth Guthrie and husband Jerry of Otway; fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one brother Roger Lee Hayes and wife Pauline of Winston-Salem.
Visitation will be 3:00-5:00 pm Sunday at Munden Funeral Home.
