Steven “Beevo” Paul McKinley, 42, of Havelock, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2022, at Vidant Medical Center.

Services for Steven will be private.

Steven was born on June 6, 1979, in Cherry Point, NC, to the late Allen and Karen McKinley. He never strayed far from his roots, as he has always called Havelock home. When he wasn’t working as a manager of Burger King in Beaufort, you could find Steven either at the gym or sitting behind a piano singing his heart out. Family was a huge part of his life and always enjoyed the time he was able to spend with them.

He is survived by his daughters, Liz McKinley and Hopee McKinley of Havelock; son, Timmy McKinley of Havelock; sisters, Bridget Comeaux (Ryan) and Kelly Forbes (Cory) both of Youngsville, LA; brother, Jeffery McKinley of Youngsville, LA; and grandchildren, Dominick and Evonnia Monk
