Stanley Earl Buck

Stanley Earl Buck, 79, of Crab Point, died Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Carteret General Hospital.
Mr. Buck was a member of Crab Point Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday at Crab Point Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Poteat, Rev. Stanley Earl Buck, Jr., and Rev. Frank Thigpin officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Wade Buck of the home; two sons, Stanley Earl Buck, Jr. and wife Peggy of Tarboro and Rocky Walter Buck of Newport; daughter, Valley B. Chadwick and husband Ronnie of Mill Creek; brother, Terry Eugene Buck and wife Sharon of Crab Point; sister, Julia Bennett and husband Tom of Crab Point; sister-in-law, Cleta Buck of Crab Point; five grandchildren, Stanley Earl "Lee" Buck, III, Joshua Wayne Buck, Amanda Buck, Shane Scott and Justin Scott; five great-grandchildren, Logan Buck, Chloe Buck, Cayden Buck, Skyla Driver and Shawn Pulley; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Mattie Buck, daughter, Vonda B. Scott, brother, Leroy Buck, and nephew, Terry Eugene Buck, II.
The family will receive friends 6:30 - 8:30 pm Tuesday at the church.
