Sarah Brown (Smith) Brock

Sara Brown Smith Brock, 92, of Newport, died Friday December 14, 2012, at Carteret General Hospital.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Monday at Croatan Free Will Baptist church with Rev. Harry L. Bryan officiating. Interment will be 3:00 pm at Winterville Cemetery.
Sara was a loving mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Croatan Free Will Baptist Church for many years.
She is survived by two daughters Linda Best of Newport, and Patricia Gatlin and husband Ralph of Wilmington: two sons Kenneth Brock and wife Julia of Newport, and Ronald Brock of Wilmington: ten grandchildren: ten great grandchildren: two great great grandchildren: and one sister Jonnie Briley and husband Elbert of Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her husband David Brock son David Earl Brock.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
