Sara Helen Taylor Gurganious
October 22, 1954 — January 3, 2018
Sara Helen Taylor Gurganious, 63, of Havelock, went to heaven, to be one of God’s angels on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at her home.
Her memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City, officiated by Jim Bryson Taylor.
Helen had a financial background of 8 years with banking and at Lowes Home Improvement for 20 years. She loved being with her family and coworkers and enjoyed her horses. Helen was a faithful friend who was loved by all.
She is survived by husband, William “Buddy” Gurganious of the home; daughter, Latashua Sue Greenway of Havelock; son, William Michael Gurganious and companion, Ayme Harris of Bridgeton; sister, Jane Taylor Edwards and husband, Carl of Shelby; brother, Jim Bryson Taylor and wife, Pam of Tennessee, David Lawrence Taylor and wife, Jan of Havelock; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rodman and Sarah Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent in Sara’s memory to the Foundation for Shackleford Horses, Inc. at 306 Golden Farm Rd., Beaufort, NC 28516.
