Sandra June Sykes Goodman

Sandra June Sykes Goodman, 77, of Morehead City, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at her home.

The family will celebrate Sandra’s life at a later date.

Sandra was born on July 20, 1944, in Wilmington, North Carolina, to the late Reginald and Marianne Sykes. Upon moving to Carteret County in 1991, she chose a career in the Real Estate industry where she worked for several franchises before settling with Bluewater Real Estate. She loved the Bluewater Company and the people in the organization, especially her Broker-In-Charge, Pat Copeland.

Sandra adored her grandchildren and loved to take them on trips when they were young. She will be sorely missed by all who were blessed to know her.

She is survived by her husband, John Goodman Sr. of the home; son, Kenneth A. Farrow, Jr. of Haw River, NC; stepson, John Goodman Jr. (Karen) of Summerville, SC; grandsons, Adam Farrow of Jacksonville, FL, Stuart Farrow (Alissa) of Charlotte, NC and Wesley Farrow of Haw River, NC; and great granddaughter, Madelyn Farrow of Charlotte, NC.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
