Roy Lee Mann, Jr., 82, of Newport, died Saturday, December 12, 2009, at Carteret General Hospital.
Mr. Mann owned and operated Dixie Barber Shop.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Homer E. Morris and Rev. Paul Stallsworth officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
He is survived by his daughter, Debra Morris and husband Homer of Morehead City and Greenville; son, Carlton Mann and wife Lisa of Birmingham, AL; five grandchildren, Christy Morris of Morehead City, John Michael Morris of Greensboro, Aaron Morris of Morehead City, Rebekka Seale of Nashville, TN, and Rachel Mann of Birmingham, AL; and two sisters, Lavonne Pollard of Newport and Thelma McKenny of Lake Forest, CA.
The family will receive friends 5:00 - 7:00 pm Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home.
