Ross Henry Camorlinga

Ross Henry Camorlinga, 83, of Morehead City, passed away Monday, June 22, 2020, at Carteret Health Care.

A memorial service for Mr. Camorlinga will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2020, at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City. Friends are welcome to attend the service. In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home. Additionally, there will be a limit to the number of people in the building at one time, as well, those who attend will be asked to bring and wear a protective mask. Help us honor the family while practicing safe measures. Friends are also encouraged to leave words of comfort to the family through the website.

Mr. Camorlinga was born on November 8, 1936, in West Virginia. He honorably served in the United States Air Force and later helped with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Mr. Camorlinga attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church in New Bern.

He is survived by his wife, Frances Camorlinga of the home; daughter, Lori Shirley of Chesapeake, VA; sister, Phyllis Lee Nidy of WV; brother, Donald Wiesman of WV; grandchildren, Lynnette Vargas, Matthew Schneider and Kimberly Schneider; and great-grandchildren, Raelynn Perez and Harper Vargas.
