Rosa Mae (Chadwick) Davis

Rosa Chadwick Davis, 72, of Davis, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Carolina East Medical Center.

Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Harkers Island Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiated by Rev. Don Zimmerman and Rev. Jimmy Mercer. Interment will follow at Chadwick Cemetery.

Rosa is survived by her husband, Carson Davis of the home; daughter, Rosalie Cahoon and husband, Bob, of Davis; son, Bobby Davis and wife, Tammy, of Davis; sisters, Almeta Willis of Harkers Island, Dawn Zimmerman and husband, Rev. Don, of Beaufort, Rachel Goodwin and husband, James, of Cedar Island, Shirley Gillikin of Harkers Island; brothers, Walter Chadwick and wife, Sue, of Gloucester, Kenny Chadwick and wife, Teresa, of Harlowe, Dale Chadwick and wife Teresa of Stacy; special granddaughter, Jessie Lawrence; grandsons, Nicky Davis, Jonathan Davis; and great-grandchildren, Jayden Spaid, Kinsley Spaid, Landen Davis, Aubrey Davis, Grayden Davis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Katie Chadwick.

Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Harkers Island Pentecostal Holiness Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with the funeral arrangements at Munden Funeral Home, 2112 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC 28557.
