Ronald A. Goff

Ronald A. Goff, 82, of Newport, passed away Monday, June 11­, 2018 at Carteret Health Care.

His memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Crystal Coast Church of the Nazarene, officiated by Pastor Justin Staten.

Ronald was originally from Crown Point, Indiana. He honorably served 17 years in the United States Marine Corps and later retired from Inland Steel in 1997 after 24 years. Ronald was an active member of the Crystal Coast Church of the Nazarene where helped in the maintenance department. He was a loving husband, father and friend.

He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Rhue Goff; daughter, Tammy Hartman; sons, Ricky Goff, Reggie Goff, Stacy Goff, Christopher Kent; 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Opal Goff.

Family will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall following the service.
