Robin Wrenn Cooke

Robin Wrenn Cooke, 66, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Carolina East Medical Center.

Robin was born in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, on April 16, 1955, to the late Garland Wrenn who is survived by his wife, Amelia Wrenn. Robin honorably served 9 years in the United States Army where she worked as a medic. Finding her love for helping others, she obtained her license as a Registered Nurse from Halifax Community College, located in Weldon, NC. She used her skills and knowledge in various facilities in and around Halifax County, NC.

She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Perrin Barnes (Ridenour) of Newport, NC; sisters, Kathy Feickert of Gaston, NC and Tammy Wrenn of Pennington Gap, VA; brothers, Garland W. Wrenn and wife Donna of California, MD and Richard Wrenn and wife Kimberly of Littleton, NC; and grandchildren, Ethan Perrin and Peyton Barnes, both of Newport, NC.
