Robert "Robbie" Bruce Keeter, Jr.

Robert "Robbie" Bruce Keeter, Jr., 33, of Morehead City, NC died Monday, June 27, 2011 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Thursday at Glad Tidings Church with Rev. Tim Mariner officiating.

Robbie is survived by his wife, Karlyn Keeter of the home; parents; Robert B. Keeter, Sr. and Verna Keeter of Morehead City; paternal grandmother, Rebecca G. Keeter and maternal grandmother, Wyona Patterson, both of Morehead City; sister, Cristina Marie Keeter of Morehead City; mother and father-in-law, Sandra and Allen Gillikin of Harkers Island; father-in-law, Curtis Grant Salter of Grantsboro; sister-in-law, Deanne Rosen and husband, Jason of Beaufort; brother-in-law, Jason Salter and wife, Cara, also of Beaufort; nephew, Dylan James Keeter; and nieces, Demi Renee Rosen, Savannah Salter and Sarah Salter.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Buddy Peletier Surfing Foundation, 5121 Chalk Street, Morehead City, NC or Glad tidings Church, 4621 Country Club Road, Morehead City, NC 28557.
