Robert "Rick" Carey

Robert "Rick" Carey, 61, of Sea Level, passed away Friday, June 8, 2012 at his home.
The family and church will conduct a Memorial Service 11:00 am Friday at Sea Level Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Anderson officiating.
Mr. Carey retired from the United States Marine Corps, and was the Director of Maintenance for the Carteret County Public Works Department.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Carey of the home; two sons, Robert Richard Carey,II of Fayetteville and Todd Wilson Carey and wife Valerie of Louisburg; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Carey of Wilmington; brother, Mike Carey of New Mexico; two daughters by marriage, Mona Moreau and Sheila Noon; and four grandchildren, Joshua Carey, David Walker, Danielle Moreau, and Brandon Meadows.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. and Lois Carey.
A reception will follow the service at the church.
