Robert Youngblood, 77, of Pine Knoll Shores, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019.
His funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at First United Methodist Church in Morehead City with Rev. Powell Osteen and Rev. Scott Berry officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
He served in the Army National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Youngblood of the home; daughter, Cynthia Rutherford and husband Brett of Newport; son, Bob Youngblood and wife Lizanne of Great Falls, VA; sister, Annie Clyde Williford of Knightdale; and three grandchildren, Kendall Youngblood, Mallory Rutherford, and Brady Youngblood.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Clyde Youngblood and Ruby Parrish Youngblood; and a sister, Ruth Broadwell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House of Eastern North Carolina in Greenville, NC, in memory of Robert Youngblood, 529 Moye Blvd., Greenville, NC 27834
The family will receive friends 10:00 – 10:45 am Wednesday, February 13, 2019 prior to the service at First United Methodist Church.
