He is survived by three sisters, Donna Way of Kinston, Linda Rouse of Anchorage, AK and Ellen Buck of Newport; and one brother, Herman Rouse of Kinston.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto Robert and Cora Inez Rouse.
