Robert Earnhardt

Robert Earnhardt, 59, of Atlantic, died Monday, July 25, 2011 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Atlantic Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Brookshire officiating. Interment will follow at Nelson Bay Cemetery.

Mr. Earnhardt is survived by his wife, Frankie Earnhardt of the home; daughters, Lea Daniels and husband, Steve of Sea Level and Kimberly Whitlock and husband, Glenn of Holden Beach; son, Pat Hill and wife, Rebecca of Atlantic; mother, Myrtle Flemming of Gold Hill; grandchildren, Dustin James Taylor of Sea Level, Gray Daniels, also of Sea Level, Kara Yacapraro, Dalton Whitlock and Andrew Whitlock, both of Holden Beach, Joshua Morgan Hill, Thomas James Hill, Robert Lloyd Hill, and Nathan Patrick Hill, all of Atlantic; sisters, Josephine Peeler of Salisbury, Cathy West of Mocksville, and Rachel Wellbourn of Salisbury; brothers, David Earnhardt of Rockwell, John Ray Earnhardt of Charlotte and Randy Earnhardt of Gold Hill; and brother-in-law, Tommy Swink.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Amanda Kay Earnhardt and father, John Earnhardt.

The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday at the church.
