Robert Wayne Bruce

Robert Wayne Bruce, 61, of Morehead City formerly of Salter Path, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Carteret General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Friday, July 3, 2015 at Reece's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. James "Winkie" Chadwick officiating.
Robert was a member of Reece's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Sidney Alane Frost Grantham of the home; sister, Sheila Bruce Salter and husband Robert of Salter Path; two nephews, Romie Salter and wife Cheryl, and Robbie Salter; great-nephew, Connor Salter; two aunts, Maude Frost of Beaufort, and Alberta Frost of Sarasota, FL; and uncle, Henry Frost and wife Margie of Salter Path.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Ralph Bruce; sister, Tina Bruce Purdue; and maternal grandparents, Rushie Thomas and CallieFrost;
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
