Richard was born on May 1, 1970, in New Milford, Connecticut, to Richard and Charlotte Stuart. He passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

He is survived by his parents, Richard and Charlotte Stuart of Newport; sister, Rachel Stuart of Newport; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
