Raymond Thomas "Ray" Adams, 56, of Emerald Isle, died September 4, 2012.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Carteret Memorial Gardens with Rev. David Wade officiating.
Ray owned and operated Precise Electric.
He is survived by his parents, Tom and Jean Adams of Beaufort: girlfriend, Debbie Blondin of Broad Creek: and canine companion, Carlos of the home.
Family will receive friends following the service at Tom and Jean Adams's home, 108 Circle Dr., Beaufort, NC.
Flowers are welcome, or memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
