Randall "Randy" Lee Seigler

Randall Lee Seigler, 79, of Cape Carteret, NC, died in his home on July 28, 2024. 

Randall was born in Portsmouth, VA and grew up in Swansboro, NC. “Randy” was a dedicated father, husband, son, and friend who honorably served his country in the Air Force and as a civil servant for over 30 years at Norfolk Naval Base and Cherry Point. 

Randy was the oldest of four brothers: Terry, Michael, and Kenny Seigler. He and his wife Susie owned and operated the Goose Creek Restaurant and Lounge on Emerald Isle. He enjoyed building and repairing boats, fishing, spending time on the ocean, and celebrating life with friends. He also enjoyed coaching several youth sports teams in his son’s youth. Randy will be most remembered for his passion, honesty, determination, and work ethic which he instilled in both his children.

Randy is survived by his daughter, Christina Morales; son, Steven Seigler and his wife Riki Seigler; his Love, Ruby Richard; his brother, Terry Seigler; his grandchildren, Albrianna, Grayson, Cassidy, and Blake; along with many dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Susan J. Seigler. 

A graveside service to honor Randy’s life will be held at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, July 13th at Gethsemane Memorial Park in Newport. The family will receive friends the evening prior from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, July 12th at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City.
