Polly McClanahan, 75, of Morehead City, died Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at Carteret General Hospital.
She worked in the Middle East for twelve years, which afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe and Asia. Her loves included watching baseball, traveling, and the companionship of her dogs.
She is survived by her daughter, Pollyanna Quidley of Bettie, NC; son, Robert McClanahan, Jr. of New Bern, NC; six grandchildren; and a sister, Patsy Clifton and husband James of Wilmington, NC.
