Peggy Walston

Peggy Walston, 92, of Morehead City, died Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Carteret General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Thursday at St. Egbert's Catholic Church with Father Doug Smiley officiating.
She is survived by her husband, Edgar Walston of the home; six sisters, Rene Walston and husband Bill of South Carolina, Valerie Miles of California, Betty Yasko of Pennsylvania, Mildred Kundla of Ohio, Mary Cooksey of Delaware, and Helen Lapinsky and husband Ervin of Michigan; brother, Joe Yasko and wife Julie of Florida; and brother-in-law, Don Walston and wife Patricia of North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Anna Yasko, sister, Judy Hanna, and sister-in-law, Ellen Brooks.
The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.
