Pearline Guthrie Germon, 73, of Harkers Island, died MOnday, February 1, 2010, at Carteret General Hospital.
Services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Harkers Island Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Stacy Watford officiating. Interment will follow in Vergie Mae Cemetery.
She is survived by a daughter, Ila Marie Hughes and husband William of New Bern; brother, Richard P. Guthrie and wife Carolyn of Otway; grandchildren, Helena Nelson and husband Cameron, Patrick Dudley and Skyler Nelson, all of Otway; nieces, Elizabeth Ann White of Otway and Paula Jean Willis of Mill Creek; nephew, Wayne Guthrie and wife Stephanie of the home; great nieces, Natasha Guthrie, Mary Ann Ipock, Sandra Lynn Gillikin and Tammy Golden and great nephews, William Michael Guthrie, Devon Allen Golden and Joshua Amos Golden.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Davis and nephew, Richard Golden.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at the church.
