Paul Alan Myers

Paul Alan Myers, 65, of Newport, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at his sister’s home in Wilmington.

Paul was born on December 27, 1957, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late William and Ellan Myers. He was a decorated veteran of the United States Coast Guard, receiving the Bronze Star for his heroic achievement in combat. After his retirement from the military, Paul settled in Carteret County, North Carolina where coastal living was a perfect fit for his love of fishing and salt life.

He is survived by his siblings, Neal (Diane Bender) Myers, Therese (Tim) Bliese, Jack (Nylce) Myers, and Peter (Patrick Wojtak) Myers.
