Paul Dennis Foster

Paul “Denney” Foster, 71, of Newport, died Monday, September 10, 2018, at the VA Medical Center in Durham.

Paul served in the USMC during Vietnam Era and was a member of the VFW Newport Post 8986.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Foster; daughters, Amy Uekert and husband, Todd, of Kalamazoo, MI, Katie Kornegay of Mt. Olive, NC; sons, Anthony Lynn Maynard and wife, Mylissa, of Newport, NC Terry Foster and wife, Michelle, of Tiffin, OH; brothers, Robert Foster of Flintstone, GA, Harold Foster and wife, Sherry, of St. John’s, MI; sister, Mary Maybie and husband, Jon, of Danville, MI; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Margaret Foster and brother, Freddie Foster.
