Patrick Smith, 41, of Morehead City, formerly of Salter Path, died Saturday, October 31, 2009, at his residence.
Services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at Salter Path United Methodist Church with Rev. Clyde Cheezem and Rev. Paul Grubbs officiating. Interment will follow in Gales Creek Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Janice and Donald Guthrie of Oriental; father and step-mother, Jackie Smith and Pam of Morehead City; maternal grandmother, Sally Smith of Morehead City; maternal grandfather, John Shray of Delmont, PA; sister, Haley Smith of Morehead City; brothers, Zach Smith of Morehead City and Chet Smith of Oceanside, CA and nieces, Ashley and Meagen.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jim and Mable Smith and maternal great grandmother, Hazel Mason.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday at Munden Funeral Home.
