Patricia Sandra Lewis, 72, of Beaufort, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Pruitt Health Sea Level.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City. All other services will be private.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Fulcher Gillikin and husband, Mark Kevin Gillikin of Beaufort; son, Nathan Brian Fulford of Beaufort; brother, William T. Lewis, Jr.; nieces, Pamela Lewis Brooks of Morehead City; nephews, Larry T. Lewis of Havelock, Clyde A. Lewis of Newport, Gene F. Lewis, Jr., Beaufort; and several great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Eunice Lewis, Sr. and brothers, Gene Felton Lewis, Sr. and Norman Lewis.
