Patricia Ann "Twig" Tate Henderson, 62, of Atlantic,NC died Sunday, June 24, 2012 at her home.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Friday at Atlantic United Methodist Church with Rev. David Thick officiating.
She was employed at Snug Harbor on Nelson Bay, and was a member of Atlantic United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her loving companion, Joe Norvey; three children, Tammi Harper and husband Frank of Newport, Tonya Spatilson and companion Mark Lester and Jay Spatilson and companion Michelle Arthur all of Atlantic; two step-sons, Christian Pittman and Michael Henderson; step-daughter, Melanie Henderson; eight grandchildren, Karen Machipness, Victoria Williams, Kelli Harper, Ryan Spatilson, Michael Chadwick, Jr., Roy Lester, Jason Guy Spatilson, Jr., and Joshua Arthur; great-granddaughter, Crystal Nicole Blythe; three sisters, Denise Sunthimer, Holly DiFrischia, and Tammi McGill and husband Dennis; two brothers, William Paul Taylor and Frank Tate; step-mom, Helen Firster and husband Ralph; and step-dad, Lawrence "Wimp" Walker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard "Dick" Tate and Anna Eileen Walker, infant daughter, Alicia Marie Spatilson, two brothers, Richard Tate and Andy Durstine, and a sister, Marjorie Ann Boudreau.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday at the church.
