Patricia Nichols

Patricia Nichols, 79, of Newport, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018, at her home surrounded by her family.
Her funeral ceremony will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox church in Wilmington, officiated by Father Jon Emanuelson. Interment will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday January 16, 2018, at Gethsemane Memorial Park in Newport.
She is survived by her husband of the home, George Nichols; daughters, Andrea Vangelist and Stephanie Vitson; brother, Peter Kooskalis; sister, Dee Kefalas; grandchildren, Jason, Anthony, Melissa, and David; and great-grandchildren, Brailey, Rachel, Jason, Isabella, and Phoebe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Agnes Kooskalis; brother, Louie Kooskalis; and sister, Betty Rocco.
