Patricia Hester Houge

Patricia Hester Houge, 85, of Morehead City, said her goodbyes and walked away with Jesus on Saturday, June 1, 2019.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church in Morehead City.

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Jackson of Morehead City and Angela Cherry and husband Timothy of Newport; sons, Michael Houge and wife Deborah of Fayetteville, NC, Rodney Houge and wife Siobiah of Fayetteville, NC, Jeffrey Houge and wife Michelle Delaware, Eric Houge and wife Pamela of Texas; brother, Thomas Hester, Jr. and wife Elease of Texas; brother-in-law, Robert Woodbridge of Maryland; 12 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Houge; parents, Thomas and Alberta Hester; sister, Carolyn Woodbridge; and brothers, Alton Hester, Cecil Hester, Mott Hester and Billy Ray Hester.

The family will receive friends following the service in the Church Fellowship Hall on Saturday, June 8, 2019.
