Orin "Possum" H. Bryan Sr.

Orin "Possum" H. Bryan, Sr., 66, of Morehead City, died Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Bryan owned and operated Coastal Cleaning Services, Inc. in Morehead City for 18 years, and was a insurance agent with Durham Life Insurance Company.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday at Munden Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Lowery officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Guthrie Bryan of the home; three daughters, Crystal Bryan Williams and Julie Bryan Coulston and husband Mark Fulcher all of Morehead City and Precious Bryan of the home; brother, Edgar Bryan of Virginia; sister, Verna Kempton of Newport; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Ford Bryan and Missouri Geneva Hill, and his son, Orin "Oreo" H. Bryan, Jr.,

The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
