Norman Earl Wells

Norman Earl Wells, 86, of Atlantic Beach, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Friday at Munden Funeral Home with Dr. Billy Seate officiating.
Mr. Wells was a WWII veteran and the former owner and operator of Wells Wayside Furniture.
He is survived by his son, Duane Wells of Morehead City, two sisters, Sally Shelton of Greensboro, and Carol Hester of Wilson; brother, Hendricks Wells of Cocoa Beach, FL; and grandson, Charles Wells of Atlanta.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jennie B. Wells.
The family will receive friends 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the service at Munden Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Carteret County, PO Drawer 1619, Morehead City, NC 28557, or the American Cancer Society, 930-B Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.
