Myron "Pete" Davis

Myron "Pete" Davis, 81, of Davis, died Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Carteret General Hospital.

Services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday at Davis First Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Mercer officiating. Interment will follow at the Willis Cemetery in Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Davis of the home; son, Gary Davis of Gloucester; daughter, Cheryl Gillikin and husband David of Otway; granddaughter, Leslee Gillikin of Otway; sister-in-law, Susanne White of Marshallberg; and several cousins.

The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday at the church.
