MSG Robert E. Garner

Master Sergeant Robert E. Garner, 74, of Newport, passed away Thursday, August 16­, 2018, at his home.

There will be a private inurnment at Cedar Grove Cemetery at a later time.

MSG Robert retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of faithful service.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Coral Garner, of the home; sister, Bonnie Sutton of Newport; and brothers, Roy Garner of Newport and Ronald Garner of Newport.
