Michael James Mehrmann, 55, of Newport, died Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Carteret General Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemarie Mehrmann of the home; daughter, Kristina Eileen Mehrmann of Newport; son, Jonathan George Mehrmann of Yuma, AZ; brother, Mark Mehrmann of Morehead City; and two grandchildren, Vincent Michael Hendges and Sebastian James Mehrmann.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Edward Mehrmann and Emilie Mary Mehrmann, and brother, Christopher Edward Mehrmann.
