Michael Christopher McNeil, 28, of Newport, NC passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at Kindred Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City, NC with Rev. Ernest Laxton officiating.
He is survived by his wife Bobbie-Leigh (Policastro) McNeil, his daughter Kaylie McNeil ; son Darren McNeil of Westernville, OH; step-daughter Natalie Coca of the home; parents Peter McNeil and wife Linda of Leesburg, VA, sister Lianne McNeil of Indiana ; brothers Leo and Ian McNeil of Leesburg, VA; step-father Robert Davis of Newport, NC; two step-sisters Dawn Jernigan and husband George of Newport, NC, Shelly Faw and husband Gary of Newport, NC; and step-brother Robert Davis III of Newport; grandfather Donald Hall of Newport, NC; mother-in-law Karen Spina-Jansen and husband Michael Jansen of Rowlett, TX, father-in-law Robert Policastro and wife Kim of Bogota, NJ, sister-in-law Brittney Policastro of Pine Knoll Shores, NC and Bridget Policastro of Bogota, NJ also including many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother Donna Jean Davis, grandmother Patricia Hall, grandfather Peter Barrett McNeil, and grandmother Joan Elizabeth McNeil.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
