Michael R. Bach, 29, of Morehead City, died Monday, July 19, 2010, at UNC Chapel Hill.
Services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Glad Tidings Church with Rev. Donnie Griggs officiating.
Michael graduated from Greenville Rose High School in 2000, and then graduated from the Commercial Diving Academy in Jacksonville, FL. He enjoyed surfing, diving, boating, wake boarding, and hanging out with his friends.
He is survived by his parents Mike and Sandi Bach of Morehead City, NC, sisters Summer Bach of Morehead City, NC and Michelle Siner and husbandTrey of Concord, NC; maternal grandmother Betty Register of Starke, FL; paternal grandparents Mike and Helen Bach of Morehead City, NC; aunts Betty Ann Chapman and husband Cliff, and Susan Bach; uncles Gary Bach and wife Cindy, and Freeman Register III and wife Paula; and nieces Bailey and McKenzie.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
