Mary Blake (Culpepper) Chadwick
August 21, 1921 — March 30, 2012
Mary Chadwick, 90, of Mill Creek went home to be with her Lord Friday March 30, 2012, at her home.
A funeral will be held 11:00 am Tuesday at Reece's Chapel with her son Rev. James Chadwick, Rev. Charles Hardison, and Rev. H.J. Prince officiating. Interment will follow at A.N. Chadwick cemetery.
Mary was a lifetime member of Reece's Chapel in Mill Creek, and a true wife to her husband Neal, a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is survived by two sons Rev. James L. Chadwick and wife Olivia of Mill Creek, and Jackie Neal Chadwick and wife Jeanette of Mill Creek: sister Sadie Cribb of New Bern, and three brothers Jessie Culpepper of Beaufort, Joseph Culpepper of Millcreek, and Charles "Piggy" Culpepper of Kinston: four grandchildren Jimmy Chadwick, Bryan Chadwick, Andrew Chadwick, and Amanda Rice all of Mill Creek: twelve great grandchildren Vicky Rice, Neal Rice, Ally Rice, Brittany Rice, Tyler Chadwick, Brooke Chadwick, Kevin Young, Victoria Young, Katlyn Chadwick, Brianna Chadwick, Joshua Salter, and Chandlin Salter.
She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew Neal Chadwick, and son Bobby Alan Chadwick.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Monday at Reece's Chapel.
